Stacy provides strategic counsel on corporate communications and positioning and helps clients increase their visibility within the financial community. She has guided clients through major milestones, including initial public offerings, acquisitions, earnings revisions, and exchange listings, and drafted related IR collateral. Stacy has worked with companies in the alternative energy, consumer, healthcare, industrial, media, mining, and real estate sectors and conducts industry research and peer analysis in order to successfully integrate and align IR programs within the current market environment.

Prior to joining FRB, Stacy Feit was an associate at Citigroup Global Markets in the institutional equity sales group. During her tenure at Citigroup, she helped to develop the leading middle markets sales team in the company’s Midwest region. Earlier in her career, Stacy was an analyst in the global corporate and investment banking group at Bank of America where she covered companies in the gaming and leisure industry. Due to her Wall Street experience, Stacy brings extensive capital markets experience and knowledge to FRB.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2005. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. She also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
