As a Vice President of the Financial Relations Board, Leslie is responsible for communicating clients' investment messages to the Street while simultaneously gathering and evaluating investors' feedback. Her effective positioning has resulted in additional sell-side coverage and institutional support on behalf of her clientele.

During Leslie's 12-year tenure with us, she has counseled clients through various events including IPOs, secondaries, acquisitions and mergers. She has developed close working relationships with key investment professionals, whose straightforward feedback has helped Leslie to position her clients' stories effectively and gain necessary exposure with the Street. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries and developed a firm understanding of such industries including: financial services, healthcare, industrial products, food/beverage, consumer products, and REITs.

Leslie was an integral player in the pioneering of the Financial Relations Board's first-ever on-line conference back in 1999. Ours was the first IR agency to host such a presentation. Since then she continues to be a key consultant in the organization of these "Virtual CEO Summits."

Leslie earned her MBA from Loyola University-Chicago and has a BA in business administration from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.

Leslie is member of NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute).
