George Zagoudis is an investment strategist with over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, valuation and management consulting. He helps clients with their corporate positioning by developing simpler messages directed to the buy side (portfolio managers) which tie together company strategy, cash flows, and return on investment. Communicating through change is a specialty, whether from acquisitions, restructurings, or new senior management. The goal is to make clients more "investor friendly" with a focused strategy and transparent financials.
His experience includes developing investor presentations, annual reports and crisis communications materials. He also counsels clients on valuation, dividend policy, and share repurchase. Clients include Cardinal Health, Computer Associates, Edison International, Archer-Daniels Midland, TXU Energy, Allstate, Acxiom, Peoples Energy, Agilent, RadioShack, Joy Global, CBRL Group, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, CSG Systems, ITT Educational Services, Molex, Newell-Rubbermaid and Office Max.
Prior to joining Financial Relations Board he was an analyst and director of research at Barrington Research Associates. George has an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School in Chicago. He is a member of NIRI.
