Reach the Right Institutional Investors

If you're not talking with the right investment professional at the right institution, it doesn't matter how good your story is.

The competition for investment dollars is fierce. If you're not actively creating demand for your stock, then institutional investors will gravitate to other companies that are easier to find and follow. Financial Relations Board acts as the "marketing department" for your stock. We focus on long-term, stable investors that positively affect valuation and help create a healthy shareholder mix.

Financial Relations Board uses a sophisticated approach to identify the investors most likely to buy your stock. We also spend close to $300,000 annually on databases and tools to help us do this. As a client, you also have access to these products. Here is how we put our knowledge and resources to work for you:
  • We consider three types of peer groups: industry, financial and ownership.
  • We use our gold standard proprietary database, with dossiers on more than 55,000 institutional investors, and supplement it with others, such as Lionshares and IR Channel.
  • We target independent money managers – smaller institutions with fewer than $100 million in assets – that don't appear on 13-F filings and often are overlooked by other investor relations firms.
  • We contact investors personally, present your information, and follow up to assess their interest and arrange direct contact with you. Often we already have relationships with these professionals, which accelerates this process.
  • We track the effectiveness of our outreach, using 13-F reports and follow-up contacts with investors to correlate our efforts with their buying patterns.

Your investor outreach program should offer measurable results. Contact us.
